So if the batch size set via ServerConfig setDatabaseSequenceBatchSize() is 1 then Ebean will not background fetch sequences.

Applied changes to head.

If ServerConfig setDatabaseSequenceBatchSize() is 1 then Ebean will not background fetch sequences.
