In the enhancement logging you can get this error/warning that is logged to system err. This occurs when other objects are initialised in the constructor such as Sets and Lists etc.

This actually has no effect...

This bug actually has no effect apart from the fact you see a scary warning (that should not in fact be logged).

Fixed in HEAD.
